First Quality seeks an Operations Maintenance Coordinator – Paper at the Anderson, SC facility. You will support safety-driven maintenance, manage work orders, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure production continuity.

Ideal candidates bring mechanical engineering fundamentals and CMMS knowledge (INFOR). The role offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of INFOR or other CMMS.
• Knowledge of product specifications, quality goals, efficiency, scrap and production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote an action-oriented safety culture and incident-free workplace.
• Ensure tour-ready housekeeping and safe operations across the department.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues with team members.
• Assist Project Engineering on business unit projects and mentor maintenance staff.
• Own the WO approval, backlog, and weekly scheduling priorities.
