Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in Pulp and Paper industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Paper Machines and Process.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage department safety work order backlog and track resolution.
• Coordinate scheduled shutdowns and unscheduled outages.
• Keep planned work order backlog aligned with guidelines and schedule daily/weekly work.
• Prioritize and approve break-in or emergency work and backlog items.
• Screen and approve all work orders for asset areas with accurate coding.
• Serve as project originator for maintenance capital and document execution.
