Qualifications

• 3-5+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in pulp & paper.
• Prior leadership or front-line supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Paper Machines and Processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the department safety work order backlog.
• Coordinate scheduled shutdowns and unscheduled outages.
• Prioritize and approve break-in or emergency work.
• Screen and approve all work orders for asset area.
