First Quality Tissue in Lock Haven, PA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to optimize maintenance work force effectiveness by planning, coordinating, and documenting repair activities. The role supports Operations and Maintenance to ensure timely execution and safe, efficient work orders.

The ideal candidate will have CMMS experience, strong organization, and leadership skills, plus a track record of mitigating delays and coordinating external resources when needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of CMMS in use at site or equivalent experience with alternate CMMS systems
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Above average troubleshooting skills with analytical thought processes
• Demonstrates leadership, accountability and credibility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer and logic skills
• Five years in a maintenance role, preferably in a similar department

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Maintenance Work Process and audit work orders for accuracy
• Scope and verify work required for orders by visiting the site
• Prepare weekly forecast of work ready to schedule
• Facilitate weekly work order planning meetings
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure bids when required
• Maintain CMMS data, equipment records and spare parts inventory
• Audit and close out completed work orders
