Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Maintenance Planner for Counce Mill to plan maintenance work and outages, coordinating manpower, time estimates, materials and tools to meet production needs. The role includes serving as relief supervisor/foreman during vacations, handling store requests, and ensuring schedules align with production and maintenance priorities.

A high school diploma is required, with a technical degree preferred and experience with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2 or 4 year technical degree preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, AutoCAD and Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan work orders including manpower, time estimates, materials required and special equipment/tools.
• Relief supervisor/foreman for vacations and absences and as call duty supervisor.
• Enter Stores requests for stock equipment and material.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints, multi-task, and build sound relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Prepare extraordinary expense and capital expenditure requests as required.
• Prepare daily schedules and outage plans.
