Job summary

ANDRITZ in the United States is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner to support maintenance and reliability activities at our paper mill. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work to maximize equipment availability and safety.

The role requires experience with CMMS (Maximo), reading P&IDs, and strong Excel skills in a fast-paced industrial setting. You will develop detailed job plans, manage work orders, monitor KPIs (Schedule/PM Compliance/Backlog), and collaborate with

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning or reliability in industrial manufacturing.
Experience using a CMMS and strong understanding of planning and scheduling principles.
Ability to read technical drawings, P&IDs, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work across the mill.
Develop detailed job plans including labor, durations, tools, permits, and materials.
Coordinate weekly and daily maintenance schedules with operations, supervisors, and contractors.
Ensure all work packages include documentation, procedures, drawings, and safety requirements.
Utilize IBM Maximo for work order management, planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Review backlog, prioritize work orders, and monitor KPIs such as Schedule Compliance and MTBF.
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and root cause analysis.
