Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Paper Machine environment with a leadership or supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of the paper manufacturing process and related operations.
- Experience with SAP and production planning is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and operational support for the Paper Machine area.
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor and build relationships with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Lead safety-focused culture and drive continuous improvement in reliability and uptime.
- Assist with outage planning, maintenance sequencing, and material/spares planning in SAP.
- Monitor machine performance metrics and coordinate with teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure proper work planning, scheduling, and execution on the floor.
