Responsibilities include learning paper inventory using QuickBooks. Transactions for students up with Lobo cash. Weekly report reports in QuickBooks and for logo cash.Additional projects to improve productivity and adding inventory and taking inventory.

Qualifications are as follows : customer service, basic accounting skills, a working knowledge of printmaking and fine art papers. As well as a knowledge of print making and art supplies. Will train about art supplies and teach basic workflow of paper closet transactions.Has worked with QuickBooks, and Excel.
