The role drives a disciplined, measurable department, coaching Compliance Specialists, and coordinating with Patient Care Operations to protect patient continuity and revenue through proactive compliance execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead metric-driven frontline teams in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record of coaching, workload management, and timely personnel decisions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn PAP therapy, payer compliance, reimbursement, and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the operating cadence for the compliance department with regular reporting to leadership.
• Define expectations for outreach, contacts, follow-up timeliness, and documentation quality.
• Identify at-risk patients, segment populations, and develop escalation pathways to improve adherence and reimbursement.
• Ensure compliance records and payer documentation are accurate and auditable.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve barriers and drive process improvements.
