Job summary

To The Rescue is seeking a Manager of Compliance in Parker, CO to ensure regulatory adherence for PASA and Class B Home Care operations. This role partners with CO department leaders to resolve vulnerabilities and lead during State Surveys.

The position involves onboarding, training, annual compliance activities, audits, and reporting, with focus on HCPF, CDPHE, and Medicaid regulations. Travel within CO may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of HCPF and CDPHE Regulations as they apply to To The Rescue’s PASA and Class B Home Care licenses.
• Experience navigating the survey process with a CDPHE auditor.
• Experience providing training to others.
• Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a work environment that emphasizes safety.
• Provide follow-up support to departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify non-compliance areas with regard to regulations and policies.
• Lead efforts during State Surveys to provide requested documents timely.
• Conduct internal audits to verify ongoing compliance.
• Lead HSAs, CLRs, and PCCPs in the Residential department.
• Prioritize ongoing activities and new initiatives from CO leadership.
• Perform annual compliance reporting and other required reports.
