Job summary

Responsibilities

• Slice and pre-portions cold cooked meat, fish and poultry; garnish attractively.
• Prepare appetizers, hors d’oeuvres, and relishes.
• Prepare cold sauces, dressings, jellies, stuffing, sandwiches per recipes.
• Requisition food supplies needed for menu items.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain sanitary standards.
• Notify Chef of shortages and keep work area safe.
