The Pantry Porter plays a key role in helping the kitchen team operate efficiently and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pantry, kitchen, storage, and food preparation areas
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Organize and stock pantry supplies, food products, and inventory according to established procedures
• Receive, inspect, and store deliveries, ensuring products are handled and rotated properly
• Monitor pantry inventory levels and notify supervisors of low‑stock items
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen leadership
• Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
• Support kitchen and service teams during busy operational periods as needed
• Report maintenance, equipment, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisorMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while working with team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, hospitality, food service, or stewarding role
