Job Summary

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Pantry & Pizza Cook to anchor our traditional Turkish flatbread and cold pantry stations. In this dual role, you will be responsible for operating our mechanical dough sheeter to roll out flawless bases for Lahmacun and Pide, while seamlessly managing our authentic cold Meze bar.

Responsibilities

• Run mechanical dough rollers to shape thin, uniform flatbread foundations, evenly spread spiced meat or cheese fillings, and monitor baking precision within our high-temperature ovens.
• Implement strict portion management and traditional plating techniques to ensure consistency across all flatbread and meze orders.
• Hand-dice fresh produce, prep aromatic herbs daily, and systematically rotate back stock utilizing strict FIFO inventory controls to minimize waste and ensure peak freshness.
• Sync ticket times seamlessly with the hot line and kebab grill to guarantee appetizers and main courses land at tables together.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary culinary supplies to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted service period.
• Regulate equipment temperatures (coolers, ovens, and display cases) to ensure food items are continuously stored and cooked safely.
• Sanitize food preparation areas, kitchen equipment, and work surfaces thoroughly to maintain strict restaurant cleanliness and health department codes.
• Monitor product quality and freshness by labeling all prepped stock, checking for quality issues, and alerting management to low inventory or equipment maintenance needs.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to streamline daily kitchen workflows, support menu development ideas, and maintain guest service standards.

Requirements
