Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Pantry & Pizza Cook to anchor our Turkish flatbread and cold Meze stations. You will operate our mechanical dough sheeter to roll out bases for Lahmacun and Pide while managing the cold Meze prep, ensuring high-quality, consistent portions in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• High-volume kitchen experience preferred, minimum 1 year.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs solo, 80 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical dough rollers to shape thin flatbread and ensure even baking.
• Prepare fresh produce and aromatic herbs, rotate stock using FIFO to minimize waste.
• Synchronize ticket timing with hot line and kebab grill for coordinated service.
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary culinary supplies for smooth service.
• Maintain proper cooling and heating equipment temperatures and ensure food safety.
