Job summary

Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Pantry & Pizza Cook to anchor our Turkish flatbread and cold pantry stations. You will operate our mechanical dough sheeter to craft flawless Lahmacun and Pide bases while managing the cold Meze bar.

Qualifications

• At least one year of high-volume kitchen experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical dough sheeter to roll bases for Lahmacun and Pide.
• Prepare cold Meze bar items and manage pantry station.
• Ensure portion control and plating consistency.
• Rotate stock using FIFO to minimize waste.
• Coordinate with hot line to synchronize service.
• Set up and stock workstations for uninterrupted service.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures and cleanliness.
• Label stock and monitor freshness; report inventory issues.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to improve workflows.
