Qualifications

• Ability to manage inventory, schedules, and vendor communications.
• Good interpersonal and customer-service oriented communication.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, inventory systems).
• Prior management/supervision experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pantry operations, including setup, restocking, organization, and closing procedures.
• Maintain pantry cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels for snacks, beverages, coffee, tea, paper goods, utensils, cleaning supplies, and other pantry items.
• Place supply orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and rotate pantry supplies to reduce waste and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilities teams, and office administration for pantry operations.
• Ensure coffee machines and related equipment are clean, stocked, and functioning.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Support employees and guests with courteous and professional service.
• Develop and improve pantry procedures, checklists, schedules, and standards.
