Job summary

Marion Polk Food Share is seeking a Pantry Coordinator I for Iskam MǝkʰMǝk-Haws in Grand Ronde, OR. The role supports warehouse operations, guides volunteers, and coordinates distributions to the public, with on-site duties and occasional vehicle driving.

The position offers 32-40 hours weekly, with a wage of $18.91-$20.70 per hour and a 5% bilingual differential if the candidate passes proficiency tests. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Supports on-site and mobile pantry operations, including stocking shelves and inventory.
• Provides excellent customer service to clients, volunteers and donors.
• Guides volunteers and assists with training.
• Assists with client intakes and reception.
• Operates pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Drives pantry vehicles for food donation pickups and distributions.
• Maintains a clean and organized warehouse and lobby.
