Job summary

Canteen North America is seeking a part-time Pantry Coordinator for the Invesco location at 225 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10280. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 am, with details shared during interview.

Responsibilities include stocking and organizing pantries, managing inventory with FIFO, and keeping coffee and water equipment clean and functional. Prior food service and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office pantries by stocking beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, and other amenities to established inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels using FIFO and inspect expiration dates to ensure food safety and product quality.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of coffee and water equipment; coordinate service repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized storage area and manage inventory replenishment for uninterrupted service.
