Job summary

Canteen North America is seeking a part-time Pantry Coordinator for the Invesco location at 225 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10280. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 am, with details shared during interview.

Responsibilities include stocking and organizing pantries, managing inventory with FIFO, and keeping coffee and water equipment clean and functional. Prior food service and customer service experience are required.

• We are hiring immediately for part time PANTRY COORDINATOR positions.

• Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.
• Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain office pantries by stocking beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, and other amenities to established inventory levels, ensuring products are organized, fully replenished, and presentation-ready.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate products using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices, inspect expiration dates, and properly store perishable items to maintain food safety and product quality.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of coffee and water equipment, troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating service repairs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized storage area while managing inventory replenishment to ensure adequate product availability and uninterrupted service for clients.

Job Summary

Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
• Maintains and performs product inventory.
• Understands menu offerings.
• Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
