Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a part-time Pantry Coordinator at Invesco, 225 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10280. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Previous food service and customer service experience required. Pay range: $19.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour. This role supports pantry operations and ensures inventory accuracy and quality for clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office pantries by stocking beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, and other amenities to established inventory levels, ensuring products are organized, fully replenished, and presentation-ready.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate products using FIFO practices, inspect expiration dates, and properly store perishable items to maintain food safety and product quality.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of coffee and water equipment, troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating service repairs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized storage area while managing inventory replenishment to ensure adequate product availability and uninterrupted service for clients.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
• Maintains and performs product inventory.
• Understands menu offerings.
• Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
