Mr C. Hotels in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Station Cook III to plan, prep, set up and provide quality service across cold food production, including cheeses, fruits, salads, dressings, and desserts, following plating guides.

This role requires maintaining clean, safe work areas, stocking and displaying items attractively, preparing room service amenity orders, and coordinating with the Sous Chef to meet daily business needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years' pantry experience in a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• Compute basic arithmetic and follow recipes accurately.
• Regular attendance according to guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Meet with Sous Chef/Station Cook I to review assignments and daily needs.
• Set up work station with mis en place, tools, and supplies; close out at end of shift.
• Produce salads, fruit/vegetable/cheese/meat trays and centerpieces for banquets.
• Prepare amenity orders for Room Service.
• Ice down seafood three times daily and maintain sanitation of tools and areas.
• Inspect storage procedures and assist with inventories.
• Work cooperatively with associates and promote guest service.
