The Fox Studio Lot is seeking a Second Pantry cook to join the culinary team in Los Angeles. You will handle daily prep, cooking, and packaging for Grab-n-Go items and catering needs, under the Outlet Chef's guidance.

Qualified candidates have 3-5 years of kitchen experience, basic knife skills, and a food-safety mindset. This on-site role requires flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or culinary program required.
• 3-5 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to read recipes and follow kitchen standards.
• Basic knife handling, chopping, grilling, and sautéing.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge required.

Responsabilités

• Receive, rotate, and store daily vendor deliveries.
• Prepare and cook all food items as directed by Outlet Chef.
• Prepare Grab-n-Go sandwiches and sandwich station orders.
• Cook and package food for delivery and catered events.
• Maintain equipment and keep stations clean and organized.
• Keep reach-in coolers and prep areas properly rotated and cleaned.
• End-of-shift cleanup and adherence to health regulations.
• Support the team and perform other duties as assigned.
