Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Pantry Cook at the Los Angeles Convention Center. You will prepare food and serve customers in accordance with standards, following daily production schedules and recipe quantities.

The role requires following HACCP guidelines, labeling and dating items, and maintaining sanitation and documentation as required. The position offers competitive wages (pay rate $30.79) and opportunities to work in a fast-paced environment with a renowned hospitality and food service

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Completes all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
