Job summary

FOX News Channel is seeking a Second Pantry Cook for the Fox Studio Lot. You will prepare, produce, and cook food products for daily operations, catering, and guest requests, while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or culinary training, 3–5 years of experience, knife skills, food safety knowledge, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Flexible schedule and compliance with health regulations are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or culinary certificate; or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of culinary experience.
• Basic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, and sauté.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Reads and follows recipes; strong guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, rotate, and store kitchen deliveries.
• Prepare and cook food as directed by Outlet Chef.
• Prepare Grab-n-Go sandwiches for outlets.
• Prepare sandwich orders at the Sandwich Station.
• Cook for delivery and catered events as needed.
• Maintain equipment in good order.
• Keep stations and equipment clean and organized.
• Maintain reach-in coolers and under-counter refrigeration areas.
• Clean stations at end of shift.
• Follow State and Local health regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors.
