Job summary

Fox Corporation's Studio Lot in Los Angeles is seeking a Second Pantry cook to join our culinary team. You will handle daily prep, cook food products, and assemble Grab-n-Go sandwiches for outlets and guests, working under the Outlet Chef.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or culinary certificate, 3–5 years of experience, knife skills, food safety knowledge, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays along with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or culinary program certificate or equivalent.
• 3-5 years culinary experience.
• Basic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, sauteing.
• Food safety & sanitation knowledge.
• Read and follow recipes and kitchen standards.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, rotate, and store daily vendor deliveries.
• Prepare and cook all food products as directed by Outlet Chef.
• Prepare Grab-n-Go sandwiches for outlets.
• Prepare and cook sandwich orders for guests at Sandwich Station.
• Cook for delivery and catered events as assigned.
• Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and organization of stations.
• Clean stations and equipment at end of shift.
• Adhere to state and local health regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors.
