The Hilton Atlanta is seeking a Specialty Cook to join their culinary team! The hotel is located in Downtown Atlanta, near I-75, and within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. Perched atop the Hilton Atlanta with panoramic views of the city, Nikolai’s Roof has served an award-winning, AAA four-diamond experience for more than 40 years. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of line cook experience in a fine dining restaurant.
Shift Pattern: variable with typical shift times from 2:30pm-11pm, weekend/holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?
Responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line. Has knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, sauté, and pantry stations on the line. Responsible for maintaining quality of food prepared on the line. Creates appealing plate designs and maintains the quality of presentation for all food items.
