• Prepare fresh ingredients – complete cold ingredient prep work for soups, sauces, salads and other food items for the kitchen team according to designated recipes and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
