Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook tasks.
• Ability to follow basic cooking directions and recipes.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, stocks, and maintains high-quality dishes following portion sizes and standards.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary workstation and adheres to safety regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and helps with closing duties.
• Reports shortages or quality issues promptly to the Chef.
