Job summary

Sabrosura Foods, LLC is hiring a Panela Processing Lead for the 2nd shift in Monticello, WI. You will oversee Panela, Alpma, and Packaging operations, ensuring efficient production, proper line checks, and strict adherence to GMP and safety standards.

The role requires on-foot work for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and coordinating with shift leads to maintain quality and documentation. Prior food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• GMP, sanitation and safety standards knowledge.
• 1) Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• 3) Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on feet up to 11 hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily production schedules and ensure proper staging of materials and equipment.
• Lead Panela, Alpma, and Packaging operations with emphasis on line flow and product quality.
• Enforce GMP, sanitation, SOP/SSOP, and Safety/PPE standards for a safe work environment.
• Lead brine system controls (salt, pH, temperature) and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct packaging line checks, including metal detector and check weigher accuracy.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedules and oversee cleaning practices.
