Job summary

Sabrosura Foods in Monticello, WI, is seeking a Panela Processing Lead for the 2nd shift to coordinate Panela, Alpma and Packaging operations. You will oversee equipment operation, brine systems, staging, rotation, and monitor weights to ensure product quality and safety.

You will enforce GMP and safety standards, manage line checks, sanitation schedules, and documentation while coordinating across shifts. Must be able to operate material handling equipment and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily production schedules and communicate run rules.
• Lead Panela, Alpma and Packaging operations for quality and flow.
• Enforce GMP, sanitation SOP/SSOP, and Safety/PPE standards.
• Lead Panela forms and brine systems monitoring and records.
• Perform and verify packaging line checks including metal detector accuracy.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedules and cleaning practices.
• Ensure timely documentation of production paperwork.
• Lead line staffing, rotations and daily workflow across shifts.
• Promote organization, cleanliness and ownership of line areas.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and HR to address issues.
• Operate pallet jacks (certification required).
• Perform other duties to support operations.
