Responsibilities

• Lead and train production employees to meet daily goals.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Maintain food safety, product quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available for production.
• Perform quality inspections and product testing.
• Track production performance and accurately enter data.
• Identify production delays and help improve efficiency.

Location: Monticello, WI

Salary: $20/hr

Job Type: Full-time,

• Days:5:00am-3:30pm Mon - Thu (some overtime required on Fridays)
• Days:6:00am-4:30pm Mon - Thu (some overtime required on Fridays)

Position Summary

A growing cheese packaging company, is seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee daily production operations. This position is responsible for ensuring production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. The Line Lead will supervise and train employees, operate equipment, monitor production schedules, and troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly.
