Job summary

Egan Company is seeking a Panel Shop Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and optimize our panel shop production operations. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing operations of the panel shop, ensuring production goals are met while fostering a continuous improvement-focused culture.

You will also act as a cross-functional bridge between production, engineering, and quality to drive strategic problem-solving and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated 5+ years of Manufacturing Management experience.
• Familiarity with ERP, ECO/DCO, MRP, MES or similar systems.
• Proficient in data visualization and analysis tools to track KPIs.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma/5S and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-level shop floor manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring production schedules are met.
• Provide functional guidance to Engineering and Quality resources; align designs with shop floor needs.
• Identify and lead process improvements, driving 5S and Lean methodologies and justify CAPEX initiatives with ROI evidence.
• Maintain KPIs (SQDC) and drive culture through strong leadership across levels.
• Manage Shop Foreman and Clerks; handle performance management and mentorship.
• Ensure safety benchmarks and compliance with industry standards (e.g., UL 508A).
