Job summary

Kele Inc. seeks a Senior Supervisor for the Panel Shop in Memphis, TN. Lead daily production, supervise panel assembly, wiring, inspection and testing, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role drives continuous improvement, upholds UL508A and quality procedures, and coordinates with Engineering, Sales, and QA teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in control panel manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification required.
Minimum 5 years in control panel manufacturing or similar environment.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with automated wire processing systems and/or CNC enclosure modification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily execution of the production schedule for panel assembly, wiring, inspection and pack-out.
Supervise workflow and balance labor to meet OT delivery targets.
Monitor labor productivity, machine utilization, and first-pass yield.
Ensure material control, visual management, and 5S compliance.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework, scrap, and cycle time.
Enforce panel shop processes, quality procedures, and safety policies.
