Job summary

The Integration Group of Americas Inc. (TIGA) seeks an experienced Panel Shop Foreman to lead daily operations in our Industrial Controls & Automation panel shop in New Iberia, LA.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate production, review schematics, and ensure safety and quality while delivering projects on time and within specifications. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing materials, and coordinating with engineering, project management, and field teams to optimize shop

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial control panel fabrication experience.
• 2+ years supervising panel shop or electrical shop.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, and instrumentation.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise panel shop technicians and production personnel.
• Assign daily work, manage schedules, and monitor project progress.
• Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Oversee the assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection of industrial control panels.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, NEC, UL, and company standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, purchasing, and field teams.
• Manage materials, inventory, and shop resources.
• Mentor employees and support training and performance development.
