Job summary
Tetra Tech Digital Systems is seeking an experienced Panel Shop Foreman to lead our industrial controls panel shop. You will supervise technicians, coordinate production schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met across multiple projects.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in panel fabrication, 2+ years in supervision, and proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and control systems. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years in industrial control panel fabrication.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role in a panel shop or industrial manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise panel shop technicians and production personnel.
- Assign daily work, manage schedules, and monitor project progress.
- Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
- Oversee assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection of industrial control panels.
- Ensure safety, quality, NEC, UL, and company standards.
