Panel Saw Operator

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:30 am - 2:00 pm or 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (Flexible start time)

Payrate: $18-$20/hr, (based on experience)

We are looking for a dedicated Panel Saw Operator to join our team. This position involves operating manual machines and CNC Panel Saws, setting up the equipment, and ensuring the quality and precision of materials based on customer specifications. Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates. If you are dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual and CNC Panel Saws according to work orders, blueprints, and customer-supplied data.
• Ensure materials match the work order specifications and complete set-ups to maximize productivity and quality.
• Inspect parts per blueprint specifications and inspection intervals, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Document inspection results as required by the Quality Department.
• Previous experience with panel saws or CNC machines is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and blueprints.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use inspection equipment.
