Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring an manufacturing operator/assembler to set up and operate machinery in a fast-paced production environment. You will follow job orders, inspect products, and document data as part of the quality process.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience. English reading and writing skills are essential, and overtime, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English and understand job orders.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as necessary.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the job order, instructions, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery according to department processes and each job's requirements.
• Evaluate product for quality and verify procedures are followed.
• Record defects and document quality data; escalate issues as needed.
• Follow safety training and wear PPE; report accidents or safety concerns.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment within the area.
