Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to procedures.
• Monitor product quality and record defects in the quality system.
• Document quality data and ensure procedures are followed.
• Escalate issues to technicians, supervision, or engineering promptly.
• Follow safety training and PPE protocols; handle materials as instructed.
• Report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns immediately.
• Cross-train in other departments and operate additional machinery as needed.
