Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing technician to read job orders, set up and operate machinery, and monitor quality on the shop floor in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred. Willingness to overtime and work in a fast-paced environment is expected. Benefits include on-site health center and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as necessary.
• Able to stand, push, pull, or lift 25–50 pounds.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the job order, instructions, and customer specifications
• Set up and operate machinery according to processes and job requirements
• Evaluate product quality and ensure procedures are followed
• Record defects and data, escalate issues as needed
• Follow safety training and PPE procedures; report accidents and safety concerns
• Cross-train on operations and equipment within the area
