Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for the Panel Plating area on the 2nd shift in Chippewa Falls, WI. The role focuses on operating plating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, with opportunities for overtime and cross-training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Read and accurately understand the job order and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate machinery according to department processes.
• Consistently evaluate products for quality and document defects.
• Record defects and data in the quality management system; escalate issues as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents or near misses; cross-train in other areas.
