Job summary

Knoll is seeking an Operations Technician (Panels) for the East Greenville, PA facility on 1st shift to support high-volume production. The role involves laminating fabric to substrates, finishing skins, assembling components, and packing shipments while maintaining records and inventory data.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing assembly, with strong problem solving and project management skills and adherence to safety and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Problem solving to analyze and resolve production issues.
• Project management to lead tasks under minimal supervision.
• Knoll operating systems principles and objectives are understood and applied.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to laminate fabric to substrates.
• Finish panel skins with back-wrapping operations.
• Assemble components into finished product.
• Pack finished product for shipment and label accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs performed.
• Enter job data into computerized inventory system.
• Transport stock to and from the work area.
• Plan jobs to maximize efficiency and rotate with the team.
