• Minimum 1 year of provider experience in palliative care.
• Licensed RN and NP/PA credentials as applicable.
• DEA license where required by practice location.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with the primary care team.
• Focus on pain and symptom management, psychosocial support, and advance care planning.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to implement clinical initiatives and quality improvement.
