Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, chart reviews, and collaboration to assess biopsychosocial functioning.
• Develops care and discharge plans and provides crisis intervention when needed.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to manage patient care and resources.
