Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within the NCH Medical Group. The APN will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to advance clinical outcomes and patient throughput according to approved protocols.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing, Florida AP Provider licensure, and board certification or eligibility with certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing required, advanced practice preparation completed.
• Board Certification in the area of specialty or eligibility with certification within 6 months.
• Licensed Advanced Practice Provider in Florida with required BLS within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for patient care activities within NCH Medical Group.
• Develop and follow approved protocols with supervising physician.
• Participate in strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with management, staff and clinicians to enhance care delivery.
