Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited school.
- Board Certification in area of specialty; commitment to obtain certification within 6 months if eligible.
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the State of Florida and BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for all patient care activities within the NCH Medical Group.
- Develop active communication strategy with medical and administrative staff under approved protocols.
- Participate in development of long- and short-term strategic plans with senior leadership.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to accreditation standards.
- Assist in recruitment and supervision of clinical staff and coordination of care.
