Qualifications

- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in Florida.
- BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
- Strong teaching skills and ability to facilitate organizational change.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced practice nursing care under approved protocols.
- Lead clinical operations and participate in performance improvement.
- Represent NCH Medical Group in community activities and outreach.
- Assist in strategic planning and managed care initiatives.
