Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice required.
• Current, unrestricted APRN license and state licensure.
• National board certification as FNP/AGNP or similar required.
• Experience with primary care and EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in primary care.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans including medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to coordinate patient care.
