Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for its Hospitalist department in Naples, FL. The role encompasses therapeutic decision-making, collaboration with physicians, and leadership in clinical practice under approved protocols.

Candidate must hold a Master’s in Nursing or related field, be licensed as an APRN in Florida, and have BLS certification. The position is per diem and PRN, focused on delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Board certification in area of specialty with commitment to certification within 6 months.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the State of Florida.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Completes all annual competencies and continuing education requirements.

Responsabilités

• Communication with Administrative/Clinical Staff to keep them informed about requirements for patient care.
• Collaborate with supervising physician to define and resolve clinical problems.
• Participate in development and evaluation of long- and short-term goals for the practice.
• Provide leadership for patient care activities and ensure quality of care.
