Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the NCH Medical Group in Naples, FL. The APP will diagnose and treat illnesses, collaborate with physicians and staff, and follow approved protocols to improve patient care.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, program development, and participation in governance to advance evidence-based care within the NCH Medical Group.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field and completion of advanced practice/nurse practitioner program.
• Board Certification in area of specialty or eligible to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the State of Florida.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Strong teaching skills and ability to facilitate organizational change.

Responsabilités

• Develop an active communication strategy with medical and staff to keep them informed about requirements of the practice.
• Define and resolve problems in collaboration with the supervising physician and staff.
• Participate in developing the practice's strategic plan with leadership; evaluate annually.
