HopeHealth, Inc. is seeking an Access Center Coordinator in Providence, RI for a part-time schedule (24 hours/week) from 10:30am to 7:00pm. You will handle referrals, coordinate patient information, and support care teams with HIPAA-compliant communication.

The role emphasizes customer-centered service, multi-tasking, and collaboration with palliative and hospice teams to ensure timely patient admissions and accurate payer data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related training.
• Experience in high-volume customer service environments.
• Ability to read and interpret medical terminology and orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line customer service by responding to calls and routing to appropriate personnel.
• Enter and process patient referrals accurately and timely.
• Liaise between patients, staff, and billing to ensure seamless care and chart management.
